Course Description: Pristine trails in the woods of bucolic Weston, MA, located just seven miles west of Boston. Course is 10K loop that is 100% trails, mostly single track, flat with a few rolling hills, rocks, roots, creek crossings and a little mud thrown in. Will be a fast course.
All race distances have a cutoff of 8 hours from their respective start, all races with more than one lap require the last lap to have been started within 6 hours of their start. Sometimes we start a few minutes late so we’ll adjust these times by those few minutes.
Local time: 2:40 AM
What this means if we start on time..
- You must cross the finish line by 4 PM
Half-marathon, Marathon, 50k
- You must start your final lap by 2:15 PM (6 hours from the start) and that lap must be completed by 4:15 PM.
If you anticipate needing more time to complete your race please contact us and we can potentially arrange for an earlier start. This cutoff is to ensure we get our volunteers home on time. When you volunteered at a TARC race, or when you will volunteer, I am sure this was/will be appreciated.
