We are low-key, low-frills, high-fun, and high-camaraderie. No swag, no awards, and no whinning! We will ask everyone to bring some food to share at the aid station and will supplement with some other treats and Tailwind Endurance Fuel. Race results will go to Ultrarunning Magazine, Ultrasignup and Realendurance.com. Ideal trail race for those new to trail running as well as veteran ultra runners, as many people are yet to discover the location and trails. Distances offered: 10K, half-marathon, 50K and 50M.
BE SURE TO BRING A BOTTLE TO CARRY HYDRATION! In order to reduce our waste and footprint of this event, aid stations will not be providing disposable cups for drinks.

The DCR Great Brook Farm State Park in Carlisle, MA is stunning and will be a perfect New England fall setting for a beautiful trail run. The course is a 10M loop, is relatively flat, 100% runnable and have the usual roots, rocks and other "trippables" with which to contend. This is a great course for first-time trail runners as well as veterans who want to set a PR. 50K and 50M starts at 6:00 am, all other races start at 8:00 am. 50K and 50M runners may want to start with a headlamp. Mandatory trail briefing at 5:45 am for the 50M/50K and 7:45 for the 10K/Half Marathon.
The course will consist of 10 mile loops with aid every 3-4 miles.

50K runners will do one loop around the open field at the start of the race before rejoining the 10 Mile Loop.
The course will consist of 10 kilometer loops with aid only at the Start/Finish.
Half Marathon runners will do one loop around the open field at the start of the race before rejoining the 10K Loop.
Participants must start their final 10 mile loop for the 50K/50M by 3:45PM. Additional cut-off times will be enforced at the aid station/road crossing.
Runner check-in and bib pickup for the 50M/50K is from 5:00 - 5:45 A.M.
Runner check-in and bib pickup for the 13.1M/10K is from 7:00 - 7:45 A.M.
50 Mile runners may have a pacer for loops 4 and 5.
50K runners may have a pacer for loop 3 only.
Volunteers are what make TARC events so fun and also run so smoothly. Running one of the shorter races? Hang around and help out. Even if you can't make it on the day of the race, there are still opportunities to get involved!
