Our selection of events caters to a variety of fitness levels and adventurous spirits but holds one thing in common - they are all designed to challenge our participants. Our races include hardcore 5k, 10k, 25k, 50k, and 100k, as well as team-building relay races. For those looking to embrace their competitive spirit even further, we offer Armed Service Physical Training events to test their fitness against Armed Service Standards.

Additionally, we introduce popular YouTube fitness challenges and provide professional timing and video coverage so that our participants can capture these thrilling, once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

SAVAGE RUN DESCRIPTION

A SAVAGE RUN is not for the faint of heart. It is an intense physical event that pushes the limits of even the most seasoned runners. This extreme race is designed to test the physical and mental fortitude of runners and is not for those who are looking for a leisurely jog through the park. At every mile checkpoint, athletes are required to complete a set of calisthenics, including 25 push-ups, 25 squats, 25 lunges, and 25 jumping jacks. These exercises are not just a formality, they add an entirely new level of challenge to the race.

The first round of calisthenics serves as a warm-up, but after that, the real work begins. Completing each set of exercises after running a full mile will push runners to their limits in terms of endurance, strength, and mental toughness. Iron Warrior Runs

The Iron Warrior run is a true test of military endurance and strength. This grueling event is designed to push participants to their physical limits, as it requires them to complete a series of intense exercises that include max pushups, max crunches, and 2-mile runs for every leg of the race. 

The event is held in various locations around the world and is open to both military and civilian participants, who must all adhere to strict military standards of athleticism and toughness. The Iron Warrior run is not for the faint of heart, and only the most determined and disciplined individuals are able to complete the challenge.

The race begins with a rigorous warm-up to get the participants' blood flowing and muscles primed for the intense workout that lies ahead. The competitors then take on the first leg of the race, which consists of a 2-mile run that serves to test their cardiovascular endurance and stamina. 

Once the run is complete, the participants are required to complete max reps of pushups and crunches, which are designed to test their upper body strength and core stability.
