REGISTRATION RULES

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, DEFERRALS, BIB SWITCHES OR TRANSFERS OF ANY SORT. NO COURSE BANDITS AND THERE IS A CUTOFF TIME FOR THIS RACE - PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES.

RACE INFORMATION

Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area Visitors Center:
100 Museum Road
Stevens, PA 17578

This will be the start and the finish for the race. The Visitors Center will be open including use of the public restrooms. PLEASE keep all facilities clean as they are allowing use of their facilities versus a bunch of porta potties.EVENTS

5 Mile Trail Challenge

This will be a 5 mile trail run using the Spicebush Trail, up the Valley View Trail to the Horseshoe Trail then down Elder's Run Trail and back to the finish along the Middle Creek Trail etc.... This run is for ages 13 and up.

There will be an aid station at the start and finish and one along the course.

Kids Run (THIS IS A FREE EVENT FOR ALL KIDS 12 & UNDER)

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE***-Sign in as a Guest when registering your child, do not register as yourself ***

This will be about 1.5 miles on the Conservation Trail. A fun loop for kids up to ridge, through forest, field and wetlands. Great for Kids of all ages. Kids run is for kids ages 12 and under. Parents feel free to run with your child!

Aid station only at the start and finish for the kids run.AID STATION

Aid Station is at the Strat/Finish Line and one along the 5 mile course.

COURSE MARKINGS

The course is WELL MARKED with Orange Ribbon and Directionals. Just like on a road you read the signs IN FRONT OF YOU!!!! that will keep you on the right path. only look at what is ahead of you as there are several intersections with directional signs pointing you in the right direction. IT IS ULTIMATELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RUNNER TO STAY ON COURSE,

RACE SWAG/AWARDS:

We DO NOT hold and or mail out shirts / bibs/ medals and or awards of any kind after a race. You must pick up or make arrangements to pick up your bib /swag at packet pick and or on race day. After the start of our races any available shirts can be exchanged for a different size on a first come first serve basis. Thank you for your understanding.

AWARDS

5 Mile Trail Challenge
Overall Top 3 Male and Overall Top 3 Female finishers will receive awards.
OTHER RANDOM AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT THE FINISH OF THE EVENT.

RACE SHIRTS - ALL RUNNERS WHO REGISTER PRIOR TO THE SHIRT CUTOFF DATE OF MAY 20TH WILL RECEIVE A RACE SHIRT. ANYONE WHO REGISTERS AFTER THE CUTOFF ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SHIRT.

PORTION OF PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO MIDDLE CREEK TO MAINTAIN THE TRAIL SYSTEM WE ALL ENJOY!
