This is a very difficult and remote course and it's undertaking should not be taken lightly.

Rubicon noun
A limit that when passed or exceeded permits of no return.

The Rubicon is a fatass trail hike/run in the remote backcountry of the western Sierra Nevada. Make no mistake - this endeavor will test your limits!

This is a self-supported endeavor (with the exception of crew) with 4 water crossings and a lot of off-trail! Do your due diligence and plan accordingly!

The route is an 18+ mile loop with roughly 7,000 ft of elevation gain.
