Straight Up like Paula Details:
π Location: Roundtop Mountain Resort
π
Date: Saturday, August 16th, 2025
β° Time: 8 PM β 11 PM
π Course: ~1.5-mile loop with 600 feet of elevation gain
The main course is 0.5 miles of pavement and 1 mile of mowed grass. The brutal climb is 600 feet to the highest point in York County then an incredibly steep descent to party headquarters. Trail shoes are highly recommended for the descent. The steepness on the descent can't be emphasized enough - it is steep!
You'll receive a pog each time you complete a loop as proof of your accomplishment. Top 3 winners receive slammers!!! And, there's no shame in asking the interweb about a "pog" and a "slammer" if needed.
π° Main Event Registration: $40 and limited to 150 runners
π° Kids Race Registration: $5 and limited to 40 runners
The kids course will feature fun hills (without going all the way to the top) and will finish before it's dark. Adult companions are welcome to join with a signed waiver.

For those who are familiar with Ski Roundtop:
Weβre based at the Lodge at the bottom of Exhibition slope
Set up your gear at the base of the tubing slope
The loop: Start at the Lodge β Run behind it and across the parking lot (~0.5 miles) β Climb Minuteman/Lower & Upper Lafayette (~0.5 miles) β Cross the top β Descend Ramrod/Exhibition (~0.5 miles)
The Lodge patio has a killer view of the lighted descent, so your crew can cheer (or heckle) as you fly down.
For those not familiar with Ski Roundtop:
Start/Finish is next to a ski lodge with plenty of indoor/outdoor space for your crew
The loop is flat for 0.5 miles, straight up a ski slope for 0.5 miles, then straight downβyou wonβt miss it!
The descent is fully lit, so your fans wonβt miss you either!
