Race Details
Frozen Assets Endurance Run is a winter race on the trails of Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area on January 4, 2025. This new event is founded on the storied traditions of Frozen Assets Snowshoe Race and S6 Endurance Mountain Bike Race. The distance will be around 6 miles - but subject to change due to trail and weather conditions.
Price: $30 registration fee. No price increases.
9:00 AM - Check-in and same day registration opens.
9:50 AM - Check-in and same day registration closes.
10:00 AM - Start of race.
Post-race gathering at Birdhouse Brewing in Honeoye.
Common Ground
Frozen Assets is the first race in the Common Ground Winter Trail Series, a collaboration between Farfetched Enterprises and Goose Adventure Racing. The goal of the series is bringing together the trail running community to get out on the trails over the winter and enjoy each other's company. The series includes the following events:

Course
The course is an approximately 6 mile loop starting and finishing in the parking lot of Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area. The course is mostly winding single track trail blazed for the S6 Endurance Mountain Bike Race. As much as possible, the course will avoid trails groomed for Nordic skiing, but runners should be respectful of these mixed-use trails. There will be two crossings over the C4 snowmobile trail. Snowmobiles have the right of way at the crossings, or honestly any time a runner and snowmobile attempt to share the same space.
Withdrawals and Deferrals
We will provide withdrawal refunds at any time before Friday, December 27th at 11:59PM ET. Refunds will only be for the race entrance fee and will not include the UltraSignup administration fee. We will provide registration deferrals at any time before Friday, January 3rd at 11:59PM ET. Deferrals will only be valid for entry to next year's event.
