Event Description

"MOVE" provides a socially and environmentally responsible gathering for our community to move a few miles together, have positive impact on Mother Earth and raise critical dollars for our beneficiary ... TreesCharlotte.

In lieu of registration fee, we have a suggested donation ($25) that will cover HPM's fixed costs with all remaining dollars going directly to TreesCharlotte's and their mission to grow, diversify and steward Charlotte's iconic urban forest. Your dollars will contribute to planting more trees to remove more carbon from our atmosphere for decades to come!

Runner Requirements

All runners are required to pick up 2 bags (minimum) of trash around their local greenway, stream, neighborhood, road, etc. or they'll be removed from the UltraSignUp.com participant list.

Proof (pictures) of the cleanup must be submitted to HPM@MJBratton.com by 12/15/24 at the latest.

Carbon Negative Event

Help us make this a carbon negative event by bringing the following to Check-In:
-Old Cotton/Polyester/Blend Shirt to recycle with Recover's 360 Closed Loop Program
-Old Athletic Shoes to recycle/repurpose with GotSneakers
-Old Race Medal to be recycled with Sports Medal Recycling

This run is CUP FREE (bring your own cup, reusable water bottle, handheld water bottle, etc)
This run is Safety Pin FREE (bring your own or purchase a custom HPM Bib Belt at Check-in for $10).
In lieu of Age Group Awards, we're hosting distance specific "White Elephant" parties ... if you want to participate, bring an item ($20 or less) to toss on the "Prize" table ... first finisher of each distance picks first, second finisher picks second, third, forth, etc.
