Race info

Welcome to the first annual VO2 max running competition brought to you by Revolution running and DexaFit Georgia. Test out your V02 max and get valuable data by enduring a treacherous and grueling treadmill run amongst the vast white walls and endless treadmill belt track at DexaFit. You will discover what you are made of by tapping out when you can take no more. With this data you will discover your peak VO2 max, calculated running thresholds and heart rate zones. You will also compete in this VO2 challenge to discover who will reign supreme for 2024. No matter what age you are, runners are not created equal, so come show off for 20 to 30 minutes to compete to earn the title “Cardiovascular King/Queen”.

Cost

The special Revolution Running cost is $99 and will be paid when you schedule your appointment on the DexaFit website. This cost includes the test, consultation to go over your results and swag.

Aid Station

For this race you will be provided with the comfort of the great indoors where we will provide lovely and refreshing cool air, indoor plumbing and your own personal mini bottle of water at the end of your run.

Swag and Awards

Everyone who signs up for this challenge will receive a water bottle, a t-shirt from the revolution running archives, and a sticker. The GRAND PRIZE will go to the highest VO2 max for one man and one woman. The male and female winner will receive $100 each, and brag post on the DexaFit social media sites.
