Race Information
If you’re a fan of the incredible 5 Peaks Trail Running Series events, please know that the vibe is just as incredible but this course is much more challenging. Do your research and training. You should have realistically run a minimum of 25km-30km on trail before attempting this race. The elevation is significant and practicing once a month on your local hill ain’t going to cut it. HIT THE TRAILS- Calgary Trial Runners or Canmore Trail Culture are great and supportive groups for training on the trails in the Bow Valley. NOTE: both distances have two creek crossings so be prepared to run with wet feet!
