HOLIDAY CRUISE FOR SHOES

This year, I have decided to follow through with one of the ideas I've had for quite some time. What is a Holiday Cruise for Shoes? Well, it's like your standard toy drive, but we're donating shoes instead.

This is the breakdown:

-Bring a brand new pair of unwrapped shoes to the event and receive a meal ticket that is valid for a hearty breakfast burrito and a drink from La Pupusa Lady to enjoy post-run

-You will have the option to run 3 miles or 5.2 miles

-THIS IS NOT A RACE! IT WILL NOT BE TIMED

-You will have the option to hang out with some of the coolest people around and perhaps enjoy a coffee from the one and only Camino Coffee

-Stay to watch the Gilroy High School Christmas Carolers
For the gifts that you will be donating:

- We have partnered up with Community Solutions of Gilroy to receive these shoes as a donation. Community Solutions will distribute the shoes to families in need

-PLEASE ONLY DONATE NEW/UNWRAPPED SHOES!

This is a free event!

Hey there! Thank you for checking us out! This event is open to anyone, and it is completely free! But to receive a meal voucher, you must donate a pair of shoes. Please bring some shoes :)

Timeline

-Donations will be accepted from 8 am to 8:20 am (If you show up earlier, that is completely fine)
-The run will begin at 8:30 am
-Exchange your burrito vouchers after you are done running
-Gilroy High School Chamber Choir will begin caroling from 9:30 am - 10:15 am
