Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will take place from 4:00–6:00 PM on Friday evening before each race at the Start/Finish line location.
Race day packet pickup will also be available from 6:00–6:45 AM prior to the 7:00 AM start.
Participants will receive their race bib and official Cobra Den Trail Series shirt at packet pickup. Please note: runners registered for the full series will receive one series shirt total for all four races.
If you would like an official recorded finish time on UltraSignup, your race bib must be worn and visible during the event.
Awards and Recognition
🏆 Overall Series Champions
The top overall male and female based on combined recorded time from all four races will each earn the Cobra Den Trail Series Champion Award. Throughout the summer, we will maintain a running leaderboard tracking cumulative times across the entire series.
🥇 Overall Race Awards
Each race will recognize the Overall Top Male and Overall Top Female finisher.
🏅 Finisher Medals
Every participant will receive a custom finisher medal at each race.
🎖️ Age Group Awards
The Top 3 Male and Female finishers in each age group will be recognized at every race:
0–9
10–19
20–29
30–39
40–49
50–59
60–69
70+
🏆 Cobra Den Trail Series Champions
The Overall Male and Female Cobra Den Trail Series Champions will each be recognized and awarded a custom-made championship prize based on the lowest combined recorded time across all four races.
Runners must complete all four races to be eligible for the overall series championship awards.
