How far can you run on the trails from sunrise to sunset at the Pocomoke YMCA? The sun rises at exactly 6:15 AM on May May 2nd, marking the start of this unique timed event.

Runners will complete laps on a challenging 3.3-mile course for a total of 13 hours and 41 minutes. The goal? To cover the greatest distance possible within that timeframe.
