Paws on Pemberton

Dogs and Human Guides!!! We are excited to introduce Paws on Pemberton… a trail race for dogs. The race will be held on Saturday November 8th. We will have two races available. The first will be a dog walk (NOT timed) at 9am and the distance will be 1.5ish miles. Larger dogs will start 15 minutes before smaller dogs. Dogs must always be on a non-retractable leash no longer than 6’.

The second race will be for ALL dogs and will be at 11am and will be a traditional 3.1 miles (Timed). Dogs must run and can not be carried. Dogs must always be on a non-retractable leash no longer than 6’.

Rules

No bib transfers or bandits
Bib numbers should be visible at all times
No littering. Pack in, pack out.
Runners should stay on the established course
Dogs must be in a non-retractable leash no longer than 6’ at all times
No deferrals
No refunds
No early or late starts
Runners and dogs have an hour and a half to complete each course. So a 10:30am cutoff for the first race and a 12:30pm cutoff for the second race.
