Enjoy Running or Walking? Love Wine? Then this race is made for you!
Join us on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Noon for a one-of-a-kind event set against the stunning backdrop of Z&M Twisted Vines Winery and Vineyard. Whether you’re here to run, walk, or simply sip and savor, you’re guaranteed a fun-filled day and an unforgettable experience!
Starting and finishing at the winery, the course takes you along grassy paths and unpaved roads. Open to both runners and walkers!
We are doing special kick off to the Kaw Valley Farm Tour Day with a biscuit & gravy special from 9-11am.

Registration for the Vineyard 5k includes a glass of our warm Mulled Wine or cold Wine Slushie. Amazing walking or running tour of the entire Vineyard Estate. Race begins at 12pm.

We will also have a bbq pulled pork sandwich & side special for $12

Register for the 5k as a TWiSTeD way to see the Vineyard Estate and get your exercise… all ages welcome!
Children 10 and under are free to participate WITH a parent, sans finisher medal.

FAQ

Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome to participate.
• The event is family-friendly and open to all ages.
• Non-alcoholic beverages and food will be available.
• Strollers are allowed, but not recommended due to uneven terrain.
• Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome throughout the vineyard.
• Pets are not permitted inside the tasting room.

Packet pick up will be on the day of race starting one hour prior to the event.
