Course Overview

- Surface: Technical rock and dirt single track, rocky/rooty trails, & bridges
- Course: Part of Binkley Trail + Herman Baker Lake Trail
- Elevation: Slight elevation per loop
- Location: Herman Baker Park (2500 W. Center St. Sherman, TX)
- Weather: Average Historic Temperatures for late November around 63 degrees Fahrenheit (17 degrees C)
- Cupless Race: Please bring a cup or bottle, we don't serve cups!

Registration/Price Increase

Registration closes at midnight before the races start or at 100 participant capacity. No race day registration is available.

These price increases will follow for 5K:
- Opening $30
- October 1st $35
- November 1st $40

These price increases will follow for 10K:
- Opening $40
- October 1st $45
- November 1st $50

Runners may receive a full race credit to any race of their choosing with a minimum 30-day notice. Race credits cannot be transferred for notices less than 30 days. We do not offer full refunds. Receive your credit by canceling your registration. To cancel, log into Ultrasignup > Registration History and select “Edit” to cancel your race. Your credit needs to be used within one year. If you need an extended time to use your credit due to medical reasons (including pregnancy) or military deployments, please reach out beforehand.

We proudly offer discounts for all active duty military & first responders. Please visit our website and contact us to claim your discount. We will ask for a picture of your ID.

Please note, Holiday Races does not ship out race apparel or medals if a runner does not show up for the race.
