ALL INCLUSIVE:

Many benefits are included in the entry fee. Our kitchen is open around the clock from start to finish and offers athletes hot meals, snacks and drinks as needed. In the supervisor zone, everyone could has a camping site(please look at prices in every schedule/event) and access to electricity, WLAN, refrigerators and freezers. Our partner offers a great bike service, and massagers physio(both pay services) will take care of the well-being of the athletes.

COVID/ CANCELLED RACES OR POSTPONED

An assessment of the situation regarding international travel rules and the outlook for September 2025 will be carried out at the end of August 2025.

Should the competition have to be postponed by one year at that time, the full amount already received will be refunded upon request. In the event that individual athletes are unable to participate in the event due to changes in travel regulations shortly before the event, we recommend to ensure your travel insurance covers this eventuality. In general, our regulations apply according to the waiver, which is accepted with the registration.

Any other cause should prevent the competitions from taking place, the organization will reimburse the athletes for the entire amount paid at the time.

MEDICAL:

At the time of the first payment, the organization will send the athletes a form of attestation of good health for participation in ultra triathlon events. This certificate must be completed by the athlete’s trusted doctor.

INSURANCE:

Athletes are recommended to provide personal third-party liability insurance for damages caused to things or people. Insurance is also recommended that can cover any extraordinary medical expenses.

In application fee is included, for all athletes, a third-party liability insurance.

BENEFITS:

The entry fee includes the following services:

Meals: Sandwiches, soup and up to two hot meals per day, including salad and dessert.

Food is available 24h

1-2 food stands on the track with water, other drinks, snacks and fruits (the range of food and drinks is depending on the weather).

Food and drinks for all athletes at open cerimony. Cost for open dinner cerimony for crew is 20 euro/person.

Fully covered transition zone with refrigerators, freezers, warm showers and toilets nearby.

Electricity and Internet access (WLAN) in the supporter area.

Bicycle service on site or on request with pickup and delivery service.

Bike mechanic is not an ambulance and will came not on race site: if athlete’s bike has a problem we could pick it up and bring to mechanic shop. We suggest all to have a second emergency bike.
1 massage service free for the whole race (upon availability of massage therapists): all other massages have a cost of 20 euro each. Physio taping: from 10 to 15 euro each
Illumination of the running track and supporter area during the night.

Considering we have many events, each athlete will be celebrated at finish line with national anthem, trophy, medals and photos. We don’t have a particular closing ceremony.

Start Line

TRAVEL: Peschiera del Garda has a train station where stop also high speed trains coming from Milan and Venice.
Catullo Airport (VRN) is at 30 km, Malpensa (MXP) is at 170 km, Bergamo (BGY) about 100.

Medical

Nearest Hospital is located less than 2 km from race headquarter.
Phisioterapy will be available on demand from 18 to 21 every day.
A standard medical certificate is necessary to join the race.
Organization will send it to all athletes after they pay application fee.

Food and beverages

If the registration fee may seem high compared to other ultra races, you should consider that at our races you will find:
– real Italian cuisine dishes, food h24 and not just snacks or savoury snacks as in other ultra races…
– coca Cola, water, saline and energy drinks, seasonal fruit
– massage service and assistance
– energy bars and carbo gel
The kitchen works at the following times:
– breakfast 7.00 am
– lunch 12:30 pm
– dinner 7:30 pm
Between these times,day and night, athletes can always find a table full of:
– chips
– fresh and dried fruit
– Coca Cola, water, energy drinks, saline drinks
– sweet and savory cakes
– sweet and savory biscuits
– energy bars and cereal bars
– bread with jam or hazelnut/chocolate cream
– tea and hot coffee
– fruit juices
– candies
– ice cubes

-Food and beverages are free for all athletes.
Support crew has to pay 30 euro daily for an all inclusive meals and drinks.
