Come celebrate an adventure filled week with a 5K race with 5Point filmmakers, special guests and athletes throughout the Roaring Fork Valley! Join Independence Run and Hike, Valley Ortho and 5Point Film for the 4th annual 5Point 5K, Saturday, April 25. The race begins and finishes at Independence Run in Hike in Carbondale.

No alpine starts here! With a casual start time of 9a, this race can be as competitive or casual as desired. The race is family-friendly, all paces welcome with age group prizes. This event is hosted by Independence Run and Hike with Valley Ortho and 5Point Film Festival.

Start/Finish: Independence Run & Hike in Carbondale

Start Time: 9:00am MST

Course: The 5k course heads west from the shop towards to Crystal River cutting through the CRMS campus, crossing the Roaring Fork River on the Satank Bridge, connecting with the Rio Grande Trail heading east back towards Hwy 133 and ultimately the finish line back at the shop where the race starts.
