Wild Hope Trail Race

White Oak Lake State Park | Arkansas

There are easy races… and then there are races that mean something.

Wild Hope isn’t just about miles. It’s about it's about purpose. It's a race worth running, because every step brings hope to the unreached.

Set deep in the bottomland hardwood and pine forests of White Oak Lake State Park, this course winds through towering timber, sandy singletrack, and the rolling shoreline of the lake. It’s the kind of trail that keeps you honest—technical enough to stay sharp, smooth enough to open it up and rip.

And in July?
It’s going to be HOT.

Not “a little warm.”
We’re talking real-deal Southwest Arkansas summer—humidity hanging in the air, sweat dripping early, and a course that demands respect. This is a race where you're going to earn it at any distance.

Distances

1 Mile Fun Run (kids & families)
5K Trail Run
10K Trail Run
Half Marathon Trail Run
Half Marathon Ruck Division (for those who want to carry the weight—literally)

Whether you’re chasing a PR, testing your grit, or strapping on a pack for something heavier, there’s a place for you at Wild Hope.

Why We Run

The Why Behind the Miles

Every step you take pushes something bigger forward.

Proceeds from Wild Hope go directly toward church planting and tabernacle construction in West Africa—places where the Gospel is still breaking new ground, where communities are being built, and where hope is anything but comfortable.

So yeah… it’s hot.
Yeah, it’s tough.

But that’s kind of the point.

Because hope isn’t soft.
Hope is forged.

Come run hard.
Come carry weight.
Come be part of something bigger than the finish line.

This is Wild Hope.
