Course Description

7 Mile Loop with 1,631 ft of elevation gain; this is not just a seven-mile loop. This is the Grind. You start at base camp with two miles of flat, fast terrain, then the adventure really kicks in as you enter the Badlands, about 2.5 miles of tough, technical climbing and rugged terrain, pushing your legs and your focus. Once you reach Russell Peak, it finally tips down into roughly 2.5 miles of downhill and flat stretches that carry you back to base camp. Flat, climbing, technical, downhill, fast. A little bit of everything. And when you get back to base camp, you do it again. How many laps can you grind out? DOWNLOAD Map at the bottom of this page.

Team Option

Build your team of four, no matter the mix, male, female, or co-ed. Each runner will be assigned a number; 1, 2, 3, and 4 and you’ll cycle through them in that exact order, lap after lap. No skipping, no repeating, just pure teamwork as you grind through the night. There’s no hiding out here. No distractions. Just you, your thoughts, and the decision you’ll have to make when it gets hard: Stay… or break. You’ll earn the sunrise. And then you’ll keep going. CAPITAN of the team will need to register all members of the team, one registration.

Awards

Top 3 individuals (men & women) and top 3 teams will receive awards.
