ASCEND TRAIL RUNNING | Summer Training Camp 2026
Join Ascend Trail Running for 14 weeks of focused training as we prepare for the Lake Sonoma Race Series Marathon and 50 Miler.
Whether you’re looking to complete your first trail marathon, take on your first 50 miler, or improve your performance on race day, this program is designed to help you build the fitness, confidence, and experience needed to reach your goals.
More than a training plan, this is an opportunity to train alongside a dedicated group of runners working toward a common goal.
Led by experienced trail runners and racers, you’ll receive guidance, support, and accountability throughout the entire training cycle. Our goal is simple: help you become a stronger, more capable trail runner while enjoying the process alongside a motivated community.
What’s Included
• Weekly Wednesday hill and speed workouts (Channel Dr Cobblestone Trail Head)
• Saturday guided long runs on local trails
• A structured weekly training plan
• Coaching and support from the Ascend team
• Race preparation, fueling, and gear guidance

Every registered athlete will receive an exclusive Ascend Trail Running Training Camp shirt.
A shirt designed specifically for the 2026 Summer Training Camp and available only to registered participants.
Program Expectations…
The Marathon Group is best suited for runners who have completed a trail half marathon or have similar trail running experience.
The 50 Miler Group is recommended for runners who have completed a 50K or have an established trail running base and are ready to take the next step in distance.
