Dericc Clawson 5K

Join us as we celebrate the life and legacy of Dericc Clawson—a devoted husband, father, coach, outdoorsman, and friend whose courage and faith inspired everyone who knew him.

After a five-year battle with colon cancer, Dericc entered the presence of his Lord and Savior on April 26, 2026. Throughout his journey, he never stopped living. Whether he was hunting, snowmobiling, coaching youth sports, working out in the gym, or spending time with his wife Nikki and their children, Quinn and Hunter, Dericc chose strength, gratitude, and purpose every single day.

This memorial event is more than a race. It’s an evening to come together as a community, celebrate a remarkable life, support the Clawson family, and continue the legacy Dericc leaves behind.

Whether you choose to run, jog, or walk the course, every participant helps honor a man who believed in perseverance, family, faith, and living life to the fullest.

Course Information

The event will be held on the beautiful Inkom Last Man Standing Trail, a challenging yet rewarding trail system featuring rolling terrain, mountain views, and a supportive community atmosphere.

Distance: 5K (3.3 miles = 3 loops on the trail)
Trail surface with dirt single-track and hills
Family-friendly
Walkers and runners of all abilities are welcome
