Race

The course is comprised of a one mile loop which is marked showing you your half mile until final mile. You stay on the outside loop the entire time. The course is open to the community as well during the event which keeps prices budget friendly. We also have a program if you need assistance to enter just text me at 404 488-8507!! Please only use if needed as the race proceeds help feed and clothe the homeless community. So once again you just run the loop until you reach your desired mileage and great thing is if you don’t you will automatically get switched to whatever distance is closest to what you actually ran. This is a no Did Not Finish race. You literally need to run or walk and you can finish! I will make sure the horn is blowing to keep you going and with the aid station always within reach you can drink and snack all day for fuel.

Time limits and Packet Pick up

Packet pick up is race morning at 6:05 am and all events will start at 6:30am now of course if you want to sleep in late then you’ll have whatever time is left on the clock. All events have a 14 hour time limit!! Everyone must be finished by 8:30pm. We will issue bibs and we are using Ultrasignup race timing system, yippie another extremely cost effective tool and it keeps the laid back feel to the race. You can use your gps tracker on your watch but no 3 minute miles are accepted ??!!

Prizes

Awards for 1st and All entrances receive a swagbag and something special plus proof of your mileage to show your family and friends! Pictures will be taken throughout the race so smile.

Race surface

The entire loop is soft asphalt surrounded by grass and trees with park benches throughout for a quick rest in between your run. You simply cannot get lost as you just keep following the outer loop and signs. There is a water park if you need a quick rinse off and the 3 full restrooms are open all day. There are vending machines throughout the park and park tables. There is absolutely no tent set ups but you can place a cooler if you need specific items for your race. Absolutely no litter allowed and if caught you will be officially disqualified!!
