Schedule
All races start at 8am. This race has a ROLLING START, meaning you can start anytime after 8am as long as you're done by noon. The kid's race is often in a rolling start format and a parent often accompanies their child on the 1 mile loop.
Because of the rolling start, you MUST pass through the start (when you start) and finish line (when you finish) so your timing chip is recording your time properly.
All races close at noon. We will ensure all participants make it safely off the course before race staff departs from the venue.
Timing & Results
Participants will be timed using our Orbiter timing system. Results will be visible live at our timing table and will later be posted within a couple days post event. Participants must have their timing chip on them for the entirety of the race to receive accurate results. Please only walk through the start/finish line when starting, finishing, or going out for another lap (4 hour runners).

Course
Kids 1 Mile: Mostly smooth and somewhat hilly trail circling the front portion of the park. There is one crosswalk where participants cross near the entrance of the park to get to the other side of the trail. The Kids 1 Mile will follow YELLOW flags and YELLOW arrows.
5k: The 5k is a litter more technical than the kid's race as you run past the front main trail. You separate from the 5 mile runners on course so please be aware of what color you are following. 5k runners will follow GREEN flags and GREEN arrows.
5 Mile: The 5 mile course is identical to the course from Survival of the F.I.T.est 34 Hour. It is the most technical of the three races but is still doable even for beginners. There are very little roots, but there are multiple sections of rocky trails, hills, and some winding trails. 5 mile runners will follow RED flags and RED arrows.
4 Hour:
Runners participating in the 4 hour, multi-lap will follow the 5 mile course. Please follow RED flags and RED arrows. Only the miles completed by the 4 hour mark will count. If a runner is midway through the 5 mile course at 4 hours, the previous checkpoint is what will be entered in the results.
