9 AM - Kids 1 mile race
9:30 AM - 4 mile trail race

Cost : $30 per entry ($15 for Natural Connections members)
$10 for kids 12 and under($5 for Natural Connections members)

Course: 100% single/double track

Prizes: Top 3 finishers &Top 3 Masters
