Race Details

For 218 years, the Presidio served as an army post for three nations. World and local events, from military campaigns to World Fairs and earthquakes, left their mark. Enjoy the history and the natural beauty of the Presidio as you run on trails, old and new, throughout this amazing national park. We are excited to be the first outside organization to hold a trail race here since the lands were transferred from a military location to a national treasure! Come join us and be a part of this event at a Bay Area gem hidden right around the corner from everyone in the Bay Area.

Check In/Bib Pickup: 7:30AM-8:30AM
Start Times: 10K - 8:30AM, 5K - 8:40AM

Parking: Parking is available for $7 at the Presidio main parade ground parking lot.

Refund Policy: Entry fees to our trail runs are non-refundable. With advance notice, if possible, we are happy to transfer part of your entry fee to a future event. Only registered runners can participate and you are not allowed to exchange your entry with another person.

Shirts

All registered runners will receive a technical fabric shirt with a custom race design for this particular event. The shirts are made from a soft moisture-wicking fabric and are short sleeved. To be guaranteed your shirt size, you must register by July 31, 2015.

Aid Stations

There will be one fully stocked aid station at the start/finish area and there will be one station with water, sports drinks and various snacks at approximately mile 3 for the 10K runners. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT RUNNERS CARRY AT LEAST 16 OZ OF WATER.

Awards

Custom awards will be given to the overall winners (male and female) of each distance as well as to the winners of each age group for both males and females.
