About the event
The Team Run Athens Cherry Blossom 5K is coming to Athens Ohio in conjunction with the Athens Marathon. This makes it the "weekend of running" in the city of Athens! Sponsored by local running group, Team Run Athens, the Cherry Blossom 5K is a fun event that will kickoff the Athens Marathon weekend! Join us Saturday morning for the 5K, then stay for the full and half marathons the next day! The 5K course will be out and back on the scenic Hockhocking Bike Path starting adjacent from the Ohio University Track. Registration, packet pick-up, and awards will all be inside the track on the morning of the CB5K.
