Race Description

The Sawnee Showdown is an 8.9 mile trail race that will cover the Indian Seats and Mountainside trails at the beautiful Sawnee Mountain Preserve. The race will start in the Mountain Side parking lot and take you across the road to the Indian Seats trail. You will then complete the Mountainside loop finishing in the parking lot area. The course has roughly 1,200' of elevation gain but you are rewarded with gorgeous views.

You must register by October 27 to be guaranteed a shirt size.

Awards and Drawing

We will have cash awards for first, second and third place finishers in the male and female division. We will also have a drawing for some amazing prizes including hotel stays at some amazing destinations!

1st Place: $200
2nd Place: $125
3rd Place: $75

Proceeds

All proceeds from this race will benefit the Children's Hospital of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
