Welcome to the greatest off-road challenge in the South. This is an event that welcomes every level of participant and is sure to challenge anyone who comes to the starting line. The race winds through some of the best single track trail in the Southeast. The course includes a healthy dose of flat runnable sections along with big technical climbs, bluff views, waterfalls and more.
New in 2020 is the "3 Day Mini Stage Race" which will feature shorter distance options (Friday: 6 miles, Saturday: 7.2 miles, Sunday: 5.3 miles) for those not yet ready for the 43 Mile Grand Viduta Stage Race.
A spectator-friendly course with three races Friday April 26 through Sunday April, 28 2018. Course aid will be provided at many aid stations, and family entertainment will be provided daily at the start/finish paddock. Post-race food/gatherings each day.

Each Runner Receives chip timing, finisher medal, event shirt, full aid station support, and hot post race meals after each stage
The race is capped at 200 runners. **IT WILL SELL OUT**
Early registration is $120 until February 22nd ($60 for single stage)
Open registration is $145 from February 23rd until April 23rd ($70 for single stage)
Single-stage (25K) registration is for SATURDAY ONLY.
The "3 Day Mini Stage Race" early registration is $100 until February 22nd and $125 from February 23rd until April 23rd.
**THERE WILL NOT BE A SHUTTLE FOR FRIDAY'S STAGE THIS YEAR AS WE ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCING. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY and know it's a 1.1 mile hike to the start if the start/finish lot is full. Strava walking directions: https://www.strava.com/routes/2743186802405906734 **
The best backup option would be to have a friend or family member drop you off at the Land Trust Parking lot on Bankhead.
Parking is VERY limited on Friday. Carpooling will be required for anyone entering the Land Trust parking lot at the trailhead. We will have a FREE race shuttle from the Oak Park Community Center (Oakwood Avenue NE, Huntsville AL 35801). A small amount of additional parking is available at Aid Station 2 (34.74812, -86.53011).
Saturday and Sunday you will need to have your parking pass to enter the gates at the State Park. Passes will be in your race packet. If you're unable to pick up your packet before Saturday morning please email firstname.lastname@example.org

There are no refunds, deferrals, credits or friend / family transfers on entries. We do not mail shirts or medals to participants unable to make the event as left over shirts are donated.
