Welcome to TARC's 3rd Annual Trail Running Camp! Held in Friday, June 9 through Sunday, June 11 at Hale Reservation in Westwood, MA, this two night (Fri/Sat) and three day (Fri/Sat/Sun) gathering will be a wonderful opportunity for new and veteran club members to come together, meet, exchange stories (and gear!), do some trail running together, share tips, learn more about trail running technique, nutrition, gear, etc. We’ll have guest speakers, coaches, spooprts psychologist, trainers, training runs (even nighttime "races"), plenty of food and training runs, free time to enjoy each other’s company, a campfire, and maybe even some trail running movies. This is all with TARC's mellow-vibe, so no need to stress!
Animals will be camping out for the weekend, rain or shine. Spots will be limited, so if interested, be sure to sign up early! And remember – no Animal left behind, so don’t worry if you think you can’t “keep up," we'll have multiple pace groups to make sure everyone is comfortable!
Campers will arrive starting 5pm on Friday, June 9, we will have a vegetarian pot-luck dinner, a guest speaker and go for an easy/short night run.

Saturday morning we do a morning run on the trails of varying lengths and paces. In the afternoon we will have a variety of educational sessions with experts on topics including strength training, nutrition, navigation and coaching. Each participant will be able to select 3 sessions that appeal to them to attend. Saturday afternoon we will enjoy dinner, a panel discussion of accomplished local ultrarunners and maybe an evening run then retire to the campfire.
Sunday morning will be a short/easy run, split into groups based on pace and distance. The event will wrap up around 11am on Sunday.
