Course Description
Nashville Running Company's Bells Bend 6 Miler takes place at Bells Bend Park and in conjunction with the Nashville Outdoor Recreation Festival and Expo. Bells Bend Park boasts 800+ acres of uninhabited natural environment that edges the Cumberland River. The trails are soft – mostly cross country style grass and packed dirt surfaces. There are gorgeous peeks of the river as the course rounds through the park. The well groomed trails at Bells Bend great for trail novices, and those wanting to test their limits can truly fly out here!.

Important Race Information
There will be water and aid stations on the course, but they will not have cups. You MUST carry your own handheld if you plan to drink from the stations. We are doing this in an effort to cut down on course trash and keep the park clean. Plan to bring and keep all food trash on your person at all times. If you are seen throwing trash on the ground you will be disqualified from any award opportunity. There will be trash receptacles at each aid stations.
