UPDATE 04/20/20

Ultra Ladies is starting out with a great season in spite of covid-19. We areexcited to be building training plans for all Ladies to follow "on their own" until group restrictions are lifted. Training has been extended through the month of December with our new Destination Race on January 9, 2021... Avalon Benefit 50/50. Coach Nancy, AKA "Ultra Mama" is conducting weekly video Coaching Sessions on our private Facebook Group. We look forward to having you join us!

WELCOME TO ULTRALADIES TEAM TRAINING 2020

Announcing the 26th year of UltraLadies. We are the first women's trail and ultra running group and have experience in coaching a wide array of athletes, abilities and race distances. Whether you are new at trail running or are a veteran who wants to better your performance, we are here to train, coach and celebrate your hard work and success while running in the safety of a group of like-minded women. You will run with our Ultra Ladies mentors who are experienced 100-mile runners who bring a variety of experience to guide and mentor you along.

TRAINING FOR CIRQUE DU GRIFFITH PARK, ROCKY PEAK 50K, AVALON 50/50
(April 4 through January 9, 2021)
$300.00
This is a 10-month training program that includes three runs each month; alternating long runs and tempo runs.

ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP:
Returning Ultra Ladies will receive discounted membership as follows:

  • Returning after one year = 15%
  • Returning after two or more years = 25%
