Description
The Dog & Pony Show 5K kicks off Thompson’s Station’s premier annual event, “The Dog & Pony Show”. Hosted by Nashville Running Company, this trail race spans the entire beautiful Alexander Trail. After the 5K race, stick around for the free, all-day family festival which includes live music, a kids zone of activities and games, dog arena, equine attractions, artisan and food vendors and more. Proceeds from the race and festival benefit the city of Thompson's Station.

Important Race Information
There will be water and aid stations on the course, but they will not have cups. You MUST carry your own handheld if you plan to drink from the stations. We are doing this in an effort to cut down on course trash and keep the park clean. Plan to bring and keep all food trash on your person at all times. If you are seen throwing trash on the ground you will be disqualified from any award opportunity. There will be trash receptacles at each aid stations.
