We aren't sure who, but we are sure glad they did!! Downtown Palmer opens up to all the ladies for a weekend of fun, shopping, eating, music, events and probably a little mischief!
The MatSu Running Club kicks off the weekend on Friday night with a great 5K Run/Walk! THE GIRLS ARE GETTIN' OUT! You boys can run too!
Regular adult price of $25.00 for the 5K, $14.00 price for 14 years of age and younger in the 5K and a kids 1K is free!!
Same Day Registration is $40.00
About The MatSu Running Club
No matter what your skill level, experience past, present or what your future ambitions are, if it is around running, we can help "anyone" gain valuable knowledge, safety skills, experience, excitement, fun and confidence around running. Tuesday night track workout for girls only and Co-ed track workout is held Wednesday.
Our coaches design our weekly track workouts and they can also help devise a running plan to meet your goals.
There are over 80 members at different levels and abilities, you will be sure to find other runners in the same situation. Some people are looking to lose weight and start an exercise program. Others have specific goals in mind such as running a marathon or getting a PR on a certain race distance. Our club encompasses every type of runner from beginner, recreational to competitive.
