About the event
Pueblo Marathon runs along the Arkansas River Trail, in Pueblo, Colorado. The trail is 10-foot wide and paved. It will run through Lake Pueblo State Park, through the Nature and Raptor Center of Pueblo, and continue to Historic Downtown. runners will finish at the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo, a 32 acre urban waterfront experience, which includes shops and restaurants. HARP returned the river to its historic location, after being diverted because of the devastating flood in the 1920's. The lifeblood of Pueblo, the Arkansas River, will be a beautiful backdrop to the Pueblo Marathon.
