Start at 8 am sharp at the Parkland Farms Neighborhood Park known as "Barbieri Brothers Park" 325 Bridle Path Healdsburg, CA
Dog walk 2 miles
5K run/walk
5 Miles
begin and end at the trail head next to the Pavilion at the park.

We will have refreshments, including Yerba Mate a Paraguayan original! Coffee, and hot cocoa too.

Come join us for a fun 5K run and race to support Mary on her adventure to Paraguay as an exchange student and ambassador for Rotary Club of Healdsburg Sunrise!  

Mary is going to Paraguay as an ambassador for the United States, in the foreign exchange program through the Rotary Club of Healdsburg Sunrise.  She will embark on a life changing adventure that will open her eyes and heart to latin culture, world travel, and the value and importance of education and understanding of others for the world to be a better place.   
 
So please donate to help Mary on this adventure, and let's run for fun because there's Something About Mary that makes us all want to adventure! 
 
And just in case you didn't already know, Mary also works at the Healdsburg Running Company, by helping customers find their adventures in the right shoes and running gear. She also has been known to run with her Mom occasionally, although lately she is trying to finish her sophmore year and has been busy on the badminton team.
