Maria's Spring Fling was created in honor of my daughter Maria who was diagnosed with Epilepsy before her 3rd Birthday.
The course is easy trail/jeep road and is 2 miles long. There is a nice mix of rolling hills and flats. The start/finish is adjacent the restrooms and camping areas.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will have a very limited amount of pre-packaged foods and drinks available. Please plan on bringing your own aid. IF COVID CONDITIONS IMPROVE.... we will be able to add more treats, etc. As we get closer to race day, we will update you.
100 Mile Challenge!
The 24 hour works like the other timed categories but you will also be entered into the 100 mile challenge! The first 24 hour runner to hit 100 miles will win a special award, and ALL 24 hour runners that hit 100 miles will win a BELT BUCKLE!
All runners will get a long sleeve performance shirt and tavern glass!
You can set up tents, canopies, etc. in the field next to the trail (which is just steps off the parking lot!) Please be sure to pack out what you bring in. There is no overnight camping on Friday night. The venue must be cleared upon completion of the race.
The event at the Still Family Farm, 5630 Macland Rd in Powder Springs, GA. Once you enter the gate, turn right for parking.
Virtual options are available! If you are not ready to run "live" yet, sign up for any category, and shoot us a message saying you want to run virtually. All virtual run swag will be mailed to your doorstep 7-10 days after the race.
