Welcome to the second annual SPREE 5K and fun run!

This year we are hosting our event at the new Flanagan Lake on 168th & Fort Street! We encourage runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to come out and join us for a morning of food, fellowship and exercise!

This year we are supporting all our sister schools in Guatemala and IXIM! You will have an opportunity to support both SPREE and IXIM during the registration process. All funds donated to IXIM will benefit our local sister schools here in Omaha and Guatemala.

Stick around afterward the race that morning for lots of great food and fellowship with other participants!

When: Saturday, April 27, 2019
Time: 5K race starts at 8:00 am

Where: Flanagan Lake on 168th & Fort St.

T-Shirts

Every participant who registers for this event will receive a free t-shirt. We can only guarantee sizes if you register before April 1st. During the registration process, please be sure to let us know which school you're affiliated with. For those affiliated with SVdP, you will receive the SPREE 3/4" sleeve, baseball style t-shirt that can be worn on designated SPREE dress down days.

For those affiliated with IXIM and the Guatemala sister school program, you will receive a specially designed IXIM race shirt.

There will also be an option to purchase additional IXIM 5K race t-shirts or SPREE t-shirts during the registration process.

Awards

This year, every participant will receive a bib with a timing chip attached and your results will be professionally timed and recorded. We will have awards for the top three finishers in all age group categories!
