Technical Mountain Running Camp

GOAT Adventures LLC is a Mountain Guiding/Outfitting Company co-owned and run by Idaho's own professional mountain running athletes and licensed guides:

SCOTT International Mountain Athlete, Cody Lind

NikeTrail Ultra Athlete, Brittany Peterson.

Through GOAT Adventures LLC, there are now running camps designed to specifically target the skills needed to navigate technical terrain, plan your own adventure, learn the safety considerations and build foundational skills to help you go tackle your own backyard mountains and confidently run on any type of terrain that trail running races can offer!

NEW for 2022!!! Advanced Camp, Beginner Camp, AND 3-Day Remote Camp! See Our additional Ultrasignup Pages for Beginner and 3-Day Remote Camp registrations.

Advanced Camp:
August 4th-7th, 2022

WHERE: Central, Idaho
We are welcoming you to our very own backyard training grounds - technical 12,000 ft peaks, natural Idaho hot springs, refreshing mountain lakes, stunning untouched wilderness, minimal public exposure.

Advanced Camp: Airbnb based out of Mackay, Idaho overlooking Idaho's tallest peaks in the Lost River Mountain Range. The airbnb offers bunk style accommodations and provides a close-knit atmosphere that will be shared amongst 10 camp attendees. All meals will be provided thanks to our onsite Camp chef (can cater to dietary needs).

SWAG: Generous Swag provided thanks to our Sponsors!

Advanced Camps: $800 with a $200 nonrefundable deposit
***Each camp hosts 10 participants

*Camp spaces are reserved for people of 21 years of age or older*

*Advanced Camp is designed for intermediate to advanced trail runners, See Schedule and definition of "intermediate to advanced trail runner" for further training details. GOAT Adventures reserves the right to screen participants prior to acceptance for participation*

*Intermediate/Advanced Camp attendee requirements: You do not have to be confident on technical terrain or have significant ultra experience, but you do need to be able to handle a full day mountain adventure with time on feet. This is not an excessive mileage type camp, but it is a significant amount of "hours at exposure" type camp. You need to be aware of your limitations and strengths and be able to take direction from camp guides in order to safely navigate the more complex aspects of this camp's terrain. Ultra running and race history is preferred. Please email any questions or concerns to initiate a discussion on which camp may be best for you. All applicants are screened prior to acceptance to ensure skillset for safe participation in our camps.
