after all the he did for mountain running and mountain running related poetry,
the famous scout was chased down by the fuzz... and killed.
but little did they know that imagination cannot die, and outlaws, well, they live to run.
now he's back. and he's got a chip on his shoulder, a tiny chip...
like that pile of rocks that tried to take him down. IT is only 5950' tall... the little punk.
every raccoon knows, you don't mess with a squirrel's tail.
so now we will not be going below 6000', just to shove it in the old man's eye.

for this will be every bit the friendly and lovely afternoon that loony boone ever was,
only now with more cheese.
