Welcome

La Cuesta Ranch Trail Run presented by Running Warehouse of San Luis Obispo California. The race will take place on Saturday, January 9th at the gorgeous La Cuesta Ranch, just outside of San Luis Obispo on Loomis Rd. La Cuesta Ranch backs up to Poly Canyon and West Cuesta Ridge. The start / finish area will be staged at the historic ranch barn. This event features 100% dirt trail and ranch roads with fantastic views of the West Cuesta Ridge.

This non-virtual trail running experience will feature three separate event distances. This event is designed to be sensitive to the hazards of Covid-19.

Each event distance will be limited to twenty (20) participants.

50km start at 7:00am
25km start at 8:00am
10km start at 9:00am

Physically distanced check in, start and awards ceremonies.

Single direction loop course. (50km will complete the 25km loop twice and the 10km will have it's own dedicated loop)

Face coverings and hand sanitizing required and supplied.

The single direction course is 99% dirt, ranch roads, double and single track trail with approximately 2500 ft of vertical gain in each 25km loop.

Registration includes a well marked course, no-touch aid stations at approximately every five miles, prepackaged foods, water, ice and Hammer Nutrition products, custom tee shirt, special awards for top three male and female in each distance, custom AllWeDoIsRun ball cap for all finishers.

Covid Mitigation

Race Directors Alliance suggested Trail Running Guidelines for the Covid era will be followed.

Ranch Entry Fee

La Cuesta Ranch non-optional entry/parking fee of $10.00 per vehicle is payable in cash upon arrival.

Course Map and Description

Because this is private property, the owner has asked us not to post any course maps until closer to the event. However, the course will be a combination of rugged single track trail and ranch roads with big vistas with rolling hills and plenty of elevation gain and loss. The course is beautiful and runnable.
