Our Mission

At RTS Sports, we believe there has never been a better time to be a runner than now. Did you know that Road Races, Ultra Races, and Obstacle Course Races are the fastest growing sports in America? More people are running than ever before. And more runners means more people to run with, more groups to train with, more variety of races and events, more and better products and, in general, more ways to enjoy running. Ever since Run To Succeed, LLC began managing and timing races in 2014, our mission has been to grow participation and involvement in the fitness industry (particularly running & walking) and especially promote local events and our local runners & walkers. We want to see everyone succeed in your fitness goals! Whether it’s through group runs, support for the incredible number of races in our community, in-store events focused on fun and education, or creative new ways to have fun while running, everything we do is focused on this simple mission.

1st Annual Event

The Goose Bay Ultra is an Endurance Challenge on a 3 Mile trail loop around Lake Glendale in Golconda, Illinois. The race features 12 hour, 6 hour and 3 hour options. All of the events are open to individuals or a 2 person relay team.

Run To Succeed Race Management & Timing specializes in all types of race management and timing including 5K’s, Trail Runs, Ultra Marathons, Obstacle Course Races and more. We have partnered with Chronotrack/Athlinks to offer the most advanced timing system on the market today.

We have worked with nearly 200 events and over 16,000 athletes have crossed our finish lines.
