Twin Peaks Trail Runs
Join us for the second annual Twin Peaks Trail Runs in beautiful Forest Park! Fall in Forest Park is one of our most favorite places, so why not showcase these amazing trails with three different race distance, our amazing running community, and post-race food and fun!
In response to recent events, we have made the decision to change our registration process for the 2020 edition of Twin Peaks to a "wait-list" style entry. This means you can register for the race but your credit card will not be charged until we have confirmation that this year’s race will proceed as planned. All waitlist runners will be contacted via email to confirm their entry. Your card will be charged at that time and only if you confirm. This lets runners take advantage of current pricing tiers without completely committing. We will share updates along the way, but continue to be optimistic that runners will be toeing the line at Twin Peaks 2020!
Woodlands Running Co. was born of and grown by the incredible Southern Oregon running community and Twin Peaks Trail Runs belongs to ALL of us that had a vision of a home grown, inclusive, fun race in Jacksonville - exchanging ideas together on and off the trails. We're so grateful to share in this realization of that dream together. NEW FOR 2020! We’ve added a 50k distance. The 50k racers will complete two loops of the 25k course. This means twice as much fun, twice as much vert and an exclusive finishers award for all 50k finishers.
Local time: 5:19 AM
Here are all the important details for race day along with course run-throughs attached.

Start/Finish Area: Parking Lot 2 will also serve as the start/finish area. Look for the vendor tents and start/finish arch. We will have porta-potties available near this area.
Awards/Prizes: Top 3 men and women from each race will receive awards. We will also be giving out a bunch of other prizes thanks to Jackson County Physical Therapy, Rogue Valley Runners, Hoka, Woodlands gear and more. Bring your bib to our main tent after the race and see if you've won!
Aid Stations: We are a cupless event so please pack your favorite hydration accessory. We will have a few community cups at all the aid stations, and will have some reusable cups for sale at packet pickup and on race day. Aid station 1 (TP Saddle) will be a water and Tailwind only aid station. Aid Station 2 (P7) and Aid Station 3 (P6) will be full service aid stations with water, Tailwind and all your favorite race day snacks. Sticking with the Twin Peaks and 80's vibe, be on the lookout for some 80's themed speciality items :)
Course Markings: We will be using 3 different color ribbons for the 3 races. Pink for the 25k, yellow for the 10k and blue for the 5k. There will also be white pin flags at major intersections as well as signs keeping you moving in the right direction.
Post Race Party: Stick around post race for free tacos from Los Arcos and live music from Adam Gabriel! We'll have a cooler stocked with assorted beverages as well. You'll also have a chance to chat with some of our vendor partners and check out some Twin Peaks and Woodlands Running Co. merch.
Volunteers: These events aren't possible without a rad crew of volunteers. We're so thankful for all the volunteer help throughout the planning process as well as race day. Make sure to give these fine folks a big thank you, high five or sweaty hug.
