Memorial Kevin Lentz
We have been privileged with the opportunity to respond to something that is tragic and terrible, to champion a cause with a heart of compassion and an attitude of ownership.
Local endurance athlete “Kevin Lentz” taken from us in November by a vehicle who fled the scene about a mile from Daley Ranch Road. Kevin has not only added great value to the local community, but also to the Mountain Trail Bike organizations. He has left behind a wife and his one-year-old son. It is because of his attitude to serve the community and his stewardship to the endurance sports that we are dedicating this year’s race as a memorial to him and his family with the pursuit to raise money for his family. Additionally for anyone who has or does donates $250 to his families Go Fund Me, this is what we are going to do:
Simply take a screen shot of your donation receipt and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a discount code for our event that will include:
*One free race entry (any distance) transferable only to immediate family
*Custom Race bibs that will also include "In Memory of Kevin Lentz" (All race bibs will have this on them)
*Race finisher glass (Upon completion of event)
*Signing the commemorative race banner as a donor
*All profits from merchandise purchased by donors will be donated by us to the Go Fund Me
*Free Kombucha at completion of event.
Please take the time to look into this and support his family as they go through this hard time. Thanks for all you do to lift the community.
