For Celebration in Ministry Retreat Go-ers
This 5K Run / 3K Walk is for the Pastors and their spouses who are attending the WELS Celebration of Ministry Retreats. Husbands, wives, and team members are all invited to sign up. It's a casual "Fun Run." Share which retreat you're a part of when you register (3 years, 10 years, 25 years, 35 year, or team member)
All runners get a shirt. The DryBlend Gildan shirts do run a little small, so be aware of that when you are choosing your size.
A variety of rewards and prizes will round out the fun.
Run or Walk
Choose to Run a 5K or Walk a 3K.
We'll all start at the same time and point. Walkers enjoy a portion of the full course so they can finish around the same time as the runners.
Route Maps will be available on the "Map My Walk" or "Map My Run" apps as we get closer to April.
Download the App (if you don't have it already). On your computer, go to “Map My Run” and search routes: Run the Walk 2023 (or Walk the Walk 2023). Bookmark the Route. Then go back to your phone App. Look under Routes. Check “Bookmarked.”
These should be available by March 14, 2023.
When & Where
WEDNESDAY:
Sign in and pick up your race packets when you arrive along with your registration for the Retreat. Race Maps will be available so you could walk (or run) the route earlier in the week if you like.
FRIDAY:
6:30am - All Racers and Volunteers should meet on the lower level, in front of the doors to the hotel on the Riverwalk.
7:00am - 5K/3K Start Time
8:00am - Hopefully everyone will be finished by then and we'll be cleaning up and heading in.
9:00am - Friday morning Retreat sessions begin.
Awards will be given out before our closing worship on Friday.

Register by March 14th right here on UltraSignUp. $15 per person.
If you decide you'd like to join us as we get closer to the event, late registrations are still welcome for $15.00 each. Email and send $15 via PayPal to joyfulmusic@yahoo.com or pay on site Wednesday, April 12th at the Registration Table.

You may not receive a shirt depending upon how "late" your registration is and if we run out of extras. But we'd still love for you to run/walk with us and enjoy the fun, as well as the chance for a prize.
