Save the Daylight is here for 2025! Apex Promoz and Trialhead Ultras are happy to continue this great event at this awesome location. We have a race to meet everyone's needs with a 6 hour race, a 12 hour race, as well the 24 and 48 hour races for the real go getters.
Course will be run on a very fast, flat 3.1875 mile certified shell/grass path loop. The beginning of each lap will pass by your cars to crew out of as well as a bathroom. There is a large parking lot along the course for canopy style tents, there are NO campers, canopy tents with side walls or camping tents of any kind allowed at this facility by the Parks and Recreation Department. If you utilize a camper, canopy tent with side walls or camping tent during the event, race staff will ask once for you to take it down, if it isn't taken down you will be disqualified from the event and your results will be displayed as DNF.
We will have a fully stocked Aid Station under the pavilion and each runner will pass the main aid station each lap. A secondary aid station will be placed at the split mat on course. that aid station will be hydration only (Tailwind and water)
We will have awards (Bronze Buckle) for those surpassing 100 miles. Any runner that surpasses 100 miles in 24 hours will receive the silver buckle. Any runner that hits 200 miles in 48 hours will receive the coveted gold buckle.
