The Highlights:

All events start at 9:00AM at the Moose Lake Depot.
The 2-miler is a non-competitive, family friendly event. We encourage you to try out snowshoes and enjoy some laughs.
The 5 mile Loop and 3-Hour events are competitive. Snowshoe and Run divisions.
Indoor games available for kids and those that wish to stay inside.

A limited supply of snowshoes are available to try out. First come, first served.

The Course

The racers will start first with .37 miles of open snowmobile trail before hitting wide single track snowshoe trail. If you want to know more about the loop, run the race!

There will be a Happiness Station 1 mile into the course and an Aid Station about 2.75 miles into the 5 mile loop.

The Perks - A lot for $20 entry fee

-First 50 registrations receive a Neck Gaiter and a swag bag.
-Proceeds benefit The Mercy Foundation.
-On course Moose sightings likely!
-A warm bowl of Chili (meat and vegetarian) available to non-participants with a free will donation.
-Wooden Nickel good for a pint of beer or root beer at the Moose Lake Brewing Company
-Door Prizes throughout the morning!
-Family games indoors.
-Each race participant has a chance to win raffles and the Grand Prize Raffle, a "Taste of the Area" basket!

Clean up and check out our supporters! Lazy Moose for a bite to eat, Denham Run Bar & Grill to watch the Outhouse Races; the Moose Lake Brewery for a pint of Mango Blonde or Root Beer

Drawing/Raffle

There will be drawings throughout the event with a couple grand prize drawings after the races finish. Must be present (or on course) to win.

All participants get 1 ticket
Register early and you get 1 more ticket

Prizes includes Wild Rice, Farmer Market pickles, Lazy Moose Coffee and loaf of cranberry wild rice bread, $20 Denham Run gift certificate and more items added all the time!
