COVID-19 update

Due to limitations around COVID-19 and lack of ability to get out and maintain trails for the race we are cancelling the race for this year. This was a difficult decision but ultimately the one that needed to be made. We will be working through ultrasignup to refund anyone already registered. Stay safe, stay healthy and see you next spring.

Course Descriptions

Runners will travel over old jeep roads and single-track trails through a northwest portion of Pisgah State Park. The scenic courses will have water stops, one on the 5K, two on the 10K and four on the half marathon. There will be aid available at two of the four half marathon stops. Course maps are available at friendsofpisgah.org

Directions

Start and finish are at the Horseshoe trailhead parking lot. From West: NH Rt. 9 from I91 Exit 3, 7mi to Rt. 63S, 1mi left Old Chesterfield Rd., .2mi past school and field, bear right onto Horseshoe Rd. for 1.5mi to parking lot. From East: NH Rt. 9 from Keene, approx. 13mi to Rt. 63S. Follow directions above.

Fees

Pre-registered 5K/10K $25 individual or $15 15 years old and under. Half Marathon $35 individual
Day of registration 5K/10K $30 individual or $20 15 years old and under. Half Marathon $40 individual

Proceeds

Proceeds from this event allow the Friends of Pisgah to continue our efforts in improving the park and the experience for all to enjoy. This includes maintaining trails, upgrading signage/blazing, and replacement of bridges.
