RACE DESCRIPTION

Pack your bags and
Bring a friend
To the baddest race around…
Where the only thing worse
than being lost…
Is being horrifically found!

From the RD who brought you the Palisades Ultra and the Cowbell Race Series...
Welcome to the world of the Bailey Creek Relay!
Nestled in a secluded corner of Soda Springs, ID, the forested Bailey Creek recreation area is home to a beautiful figure-8 trail, roughly 10k in distance, with just over 1200 feet of vert. Runners will cruise through shaded pine forests and scramble up and down a mix of single and double-track trails before crossing a shallow creek at the finish/start area, where a fully-stocked aid station and cheering fans await! Solo runners will complete 6 loops to earn the title of 'ultra-runner', while relay teams of 2, 3, or 6 members will split the distance, competing for epic 'top dog' prizes!

SASQUATCH SIGHTINGS

Unlike some races that offer limited chances for wildlife… We GUARANTEE a few Sasquatch sightings! The 'Legend' himself will be at the pre-race meeting on Friday night, and runners should also prepare themselves to run into one of these friendly giants during the race itself. Take a selfie if you dare… But refrain from touching one of our woodland beasts (we promise that if you don’t touch them, they won’t touch you!)
