The Mount Everest Virtual Challenge will test your stamina and endurance as you try to complete the 29,029 vertical feet within a 7 day/168 hour period. All runners and hikers will electronically record their adventures and upload them so that we can validate your achievement and mail your Mt. Everest Virtual Challenge Shirt. Your run(s) or hikes can be recorded anywhere in the world so long as you accumulate 29,029 total elevation within a continuous 7 day span. Technical fabric shirts will be mailed once all of the entrants have submitted their results
